Mike Zajko

Co-founder at Lattice. He was previously the head of new token listings at CoinList. There, he also managed CoinList Seed, a virtual demo day for early-stage crypto startups that has featured teams like Acala and Injective.

Rachel Aldrich

COO at Lattice. Prior to Lattice, Rachel was an early hire on the Asset Management team at Galaxy Digital and then COO at Paqua Capital Management, a health-care focused hedge fund.

Ned Menton

Chief of Staff at Lattice. Prior to joining Lattice, Ned was an Investment Operations Analyst at Runa Digital Assets, a liquid token investment manager.
